Event Budget Consultant

We are looking for an experienced event management consultant to review and optimize the budget for a large-scale offline event planned in Kazakhstan (approx. 1,500 attendees).
We already have an Excel budgeting file prepared. We need a professional who can:
Review the overall budget structure for completeness and logic
Validate whether the cost estimates reflect realistic market prices in Kazakhstan
Identify any missing mandatory, optional, or potential expense categories
Ensure the Excel file is properly structured for large-scale event planning
Improve or adjust formulas where necessary to make the budgeting model accurate and reliable
Help us finalize the document so it can be presented as a clear and professional budgeting report
The ideal candidate:
Has solid experience in organizing large-scale events
Is familiar with vendor pricing and event costs in the Kazakhstan market
