Essential Responsibilities:

• Embody our Core Values at all times Ability to travel between both properties: Amherst and Derry Maintain LaBelle standards in the appearance and organization of the building, including storage and guest-facing spaces Prepare tables, serving stations, and buffet tables for service Serve food and beverages to guests at tables or serving stations as needed Provide bar service to guests, including cash and credit transactions as needed Provide staff with necessary training tips, including customer service and serving etiquette Attend to all guests’ requests, questions, and complaints Demonstrate efficiency with bar operations, POS systems, and backend o...
