The Role
The Event Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events across the organization. This includes corporate events, conferences, tradeshows, customer appreciation events, special programs, and industry engagements. The role ensures all events are executed professionally, accurately, on-brand, on-budget, and aligned with MCAP’s business objectives.
This position works collaboratively with cross functional teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless event logistics, high quality attendee experiences, and strong operational support.
