The role:
An experienced Events Coordinator is required for a well established educational setting.
Responsibilities of the Events Coordinator:
Plan and organise recruitment events and open days.
Deliver comprehensive event planning, including booking facilities, managing logistics, and issuing timely communications before and after events.
Conduct post?event evaluations and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events, track registrations, and escalate concerns about attendance.
Prepare detailed event briefs, including timelines, staffing, equipment, and room setup plans.
