Job Description

Tacoma City Theaters is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our events team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including conferences, seminars, corporate meetings, weddings, theatrical productions, and social gatherings.
+ Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives and develop event concepts and themes.
+ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure all logistical aspects are managed efficiently.
+ Develop and manage event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time and communicated to internal stakeholders/departments.
