Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Art Director who can conceptualize, design, and execute physical spaces and events . This role involves planning layouts, placement of elements, décor, and visual storytelling to create impactful experiences for offices, events, activations, and brand setups.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design physical spaces including offices, event venues, pop-ups, and brand activations
  • Plan placement of furniture, props, décor, signage, lighting, and installations
  • Create visual themes and mood boards aligned with brand guidelines and event objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end visual execution of events—from ideation to on-ground setup
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, fabricators, and event managers
  • Review layouts, 3D mockups, sketches, or floor plans before execution
  • Ensure consistency in aesthetics, color, materials, and overall visual appeal
  • Oversee installation and styling on-site to ensure designs are executed as planned
  • Manage timelines, budgets (visual elements), and quality control


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of spatial design, visual composition, and aesthetics
  • Experience in event design, set design, experiential design, or interior styling
  • Ability to visualize and plan layouts in physical spaces
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Figma, or similar
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple project


Preferred Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in event design, art direction, interiors, or experiential marketing
  • Experience working with vendors, production teams, and fabricators
  • Background in branding, exhibitions, installations, or live events
