Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end event/project management, from conceptualization to execution and post-event evaluation.
Work closely with clients to understand objectives, requirements, and expectations.
Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines; ensure cost control and quality assurance.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, logistics, operations, technical, digital) to ensure smooth delivery.
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, suppliers, and venues.
Handle all approvals, permits, and compliance requirements.
Manage on-site event operations, ensuring smooth flow of program and troubleshooting in real-time.
Prepare and present event reports, including financial reconciliations and feedback analysis.
Maintain excellent client relationships and foster repeat business.
