Job Description
Assist in event planning from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
Come up with suggestions to enhance the events's success.
Working with budgets and ensure adherence.
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Handling necessary documentations including permits, licenses etc.
Be in charge of scouting for vendors based on components assigned.
Coordinate all operations and communication under your assigned component.
Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
Execute and manage any other ad-hoc tasks, special projects or strategic assignments as directed by Head of Department.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2–4 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or project management.
