1. Sales & Business Development

• Generate, manage, and follow up on sales enquiries for carnivals, corporate events, school events, roadshows, and private functions.
• Promote company services, packages, and add-on offerings to prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.

2. Quotation & Project Presentation

• Prepare detailed event quotations, cost breakdowns, and service proposals for clients.
• Present event concepts, project scope, timelines, and budgets to clients for review and approval.

3. Client Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients from enquiry stage through to project completion.
• Understand client objectives and recommend suitable event solutions aligned with their needs and budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
