Your Responsibilities

Event Operations Management

  • Responsible for supporting the Managing Director, General Manager and Senior Events Manager in all event management activities
  • Provide support for all events and campaigns (both in-person and digital, where necessary) from pre-event planning to onsite delivery and post-event management
  • Deliver successful events onsite, overseeing setup and related logistics
  • Source, negotiate and manage external vendors necessary for all events
  • Liaise with clients during the event planning process to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ensure customer satisfaction (sponsors, delegates, speakers included) by responding to their queries in a prompt and professional manner
