Role Summary - Event Creative & Content Executive
The Event Creative & Content Executive will be responsible for developing event concepts, managing creative assets, coordinating artist requirements, and ensuring impactful branding across all event touchpoints. The role demands strong creative thinking, content development skills, and the ability to translate event objectives into compelling visual and experiential ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Conceptualization
- Develop event themes, concepts, and creative ideas aligned with business objectives.
- Create mood boards, concept notes, stage designs, branding layouts, and experience zones.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to translate ideas into executable formats.
Branding & Visual Communication
- Plan and execute branding for events across print, digital, and on-ground elements.
- Work with design Team/agencies/vendors to ensure accurate, high-quality creative output.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all event collaterals.
- Manage overall events Backstage
Content Development
- Prepare event scripts, speaker notes, anchoring flow, film briefs, and storylines.
- Develop content for presentations, LED screen graphics, event teasers, AVs, and social media (if needed) and get the approvals.
Artist & Talent Management
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate artists, performers, speakers, and emcees as per event requirements.
- Manage negotiations, contracts, technical riders, rehearsals, travel, and hospitality for artists.
- Oversee artist scheduling and ensure smooth on-ground execution.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Support in overall event planning, production discussions, and creative walkthroughs.
- Prepare briefing documents for vendors, designers, and production partners.
On-Ground Event Execution
- Monitor branding installation, stage setups, and creative zones.
- Coordinate with artists, technical teams, and content operators during live events.
- Maintain quality control across all creative and content deliverables.
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, design studios, artists, and production houses.
- Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Support internal stakeholders with creative inputs and solutions.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Event Management or equivalent.
- Prior experience in event agencies or corporate event teams preferred.
- Experience in artist management and talent coordination.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint;
basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) is an advantage. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced event environment.
