Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an \"Event florist/ coordinator\" located in Delhi, India. The Event Florist will be responsible for designing and creating floral arrangements tailored to client needs, and ensuring floral displays are visually appealing and aligned with client expectations. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service to create memorable event experiences. The role may require the candidate to also fill in for other flower duties / liase with customers to help them order flowers and to deliver their flowers speedily and safely, whether it is from the catalogue or something bespoke. The role does NOT require the person to be skilled in creating flower arrangements / installations him or her self - but he or she must have knowledge of how flowers are done/curated at events in Delhi NCR. Needs to be well spoken in English.

Qualifications

• Strong Creativity Skills for designing unique and aesthetic floral displays
• Fluent in English
• Excellent Customer Service skills for client interaction and satisfaction
• Experience in Decoration for events and gatherings
• Flexibility to work during weekends and extended hours as events may require
