The Role:

We're looking for a charismatic and organized Event Host & Operations Coordinator to run corporate team bonding sessions. You'll be the face of Team Elevate, hosting games, engaging clients, and ensuring every event runs flawlessly.

What You'll Do:

Lead and host team bonding games as the main facilitator.
Engage clients with energy and charisma.
Plan and manage event flow, logistics, and materials.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and your supporting facilitator team.
Conduct site visits to ensure game suitability and prepare risk assessments.
Occasionally handle client enquiries and propose suitable games/venues.

What We're Looking For:

Charismatic, confident, and client-facing.
Strong organizational and operational skills.
Able to manage small teams and multiple moving parts.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive problem solver.
First aid trained preferred; driving license a plus.
