Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
Assist with guest registration and seating arrangements
Provide event information and support to attendees as needed
Coordinate with event planners and team members to ensure smooth execution
Maintain a polished, professional appearance throughout the event
Address guest needs and handle inquiries with courtesy and efficiency
Represent the Final Touch Agency brand with poise and professionalism
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event hosting (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
Professional grooming and presentation
Ability to stand for extended periods and adapt to dynamic event environments
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Team player with a positive and energetic attitude
