Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support hosts in the end-to-end execution of virtual volunteering events with hosts based across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas
- Ensure events are delivered in line with approved briefs and quality standards
- Coordinate pre-event preparation by sharing event briefs, agendas, and platform links, and relevant context with hosts
- Provide real-time technical and operational support during live events happening during your shift
- Ensure hosts are aligned with client-specific requirements, timelines, and event objectives
- Capture post-event notes, learnings, and issues to support internal documentation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct technical checks before events, including meeting platform setup, slide decks, breakout rooms, and audio/video readiness
