We are seeking an energetic Events Manager. Your new company operates a premier cross-industry network for CEOs and senior leaders of major global companies, providing them with platforms to accelerate growth and performance. This role is responsible for leading the planning and end-to-end delivery of over 70 in-person and virtual experiences each year.
The Role:
As the Events Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our events program. You will provide calm structure and premium execution for a high-profile membership base, ensuring every touchpoint is high-quality and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery: Manage the master event calendar, timelines, and milestones to ensure predictable, high-quality execution.
- Operational Excellence: Build and maintain essential event documentation, including run sheets, briefing docs, checklists, and attendee lists.
- Communication & Data: Own all member event communications (invites, reminders, follow-ups) and manage registration data and reporting within the CRM.
- Logistics & Vendor Management: Manage event budgets, sponsors, venues, and suppliers, including AV, catering, signage, and production.
- On-the-Day Leadership: Lead execution across virtual and in-person formats, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and conducting post-event debriefs for continuous improvement.
About You:
- Bachelor Degree in Events, Marketing or equivalent
- Proven experience in the end-to-end delivery of both in-person and virtual events.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in technical systems such as HubSpot (or similar CRM), Asana, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in corporate events or an events agency is highly regarded.
- Experience/ strong understanding on the production (AV) side of things
