✨ Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute luxury events and brand activations — from venue selection to on-ground execution.
Partner with marketing and brand teams to ensure each event reflects the brand’s tone, story, and identity.
Manage event budgets, vendor coordination, and logistics with precision and cost efficiency.
Curate guest lists and manage end-to-end hospitality for premium clientele and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative, PR, and influencer partners to amplify brand visibility across digital and offline channels.
Ensure seamless execution on event day and troubleshoot challenges in real time.
Measure post-event performance and share actionable insights for future event excellence.
