YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• plan and coordinate events, trade fairs, and brand activations across the DACH region.
• support the full lifecycle of events — from preparation and execution to follow-up.
• manage communication with external partners, service providers, venues, and agencies.
• coordinate logistics, shipments, and materials in collaboration with our warehouse team.
• contribute to booth setup, brand presentation, and maintaining BLACKROLL quality standards.
• handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, travel planning, and budget tracking.
