Experience:- 5-15

Salary:- 32LPA - 38LPA

  • Plan, organize, and manage events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions, product launches, weddings, and corporate gatherings
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events
  • Prepare event budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue, catering, transportation, and equipment
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and schedules
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers
  • Manage on-site event operations and supervise staff
  • Ensure events are executed on time, within budget, and to client's satisfaction
  • Conduct post-event analysis and report outcomes to stakeholders
