Event Manager

Hitcheed Group is looking to hire Event Project Manager/Executive to join their young and dynamic team. In this opportunity, you’ll work closely with the team to organise, plan and execute events from small scale to bigger events held at convention hall. You will also be task and learn about back end operation of online platforms, social media marketing and front end liaising with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Events Duties and any other events as require and ensure smooth execution to have a successful event
• Lead, plan, execute and oversea both event design and production requirements for a variety of events
• Pre event planning, on site execution and post event engagement
• Oversee project budget and financial aspects of events are managed effectively from planning through to final reconciliation
