What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end competition operations (events, rules, timelines)

Coordinate with participants and handle queries/complaints

Organize judging process and ensure fairness

Announce results, manage prizes & certificates

Work closely with the marketing team on promotions

Reach out to sponsors and event partners

Report bugs and coordinate with the tech team
