Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Event Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute, and support marketing events that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and brand activations Coordinate with vendors, venues, agencies, and internal teams for event execution Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and promotional activities Support pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing efforts Track event performance, leads, and ROI Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and communications Handle event documentation, reporting, and follow-ups Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 15 years of experience in event marketing or event coordination Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills Experience in vendor management and event logistics Good communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple events Benefits Competitive salary package Performance-based incentives Learning and professional development opportunities Career growth and advancement
