Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Event Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute, and support marketing events that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and brand activations
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, agencies, and internal teams for event execution
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and promotional activities
  • Support pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing efforts
  • Track event performance, leads, and ROI
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and communications
  • Handle event documentation, reporting, and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in event marketing or event coordination
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
  • Experience in vendor management and event logistics
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple events
