Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Ensure all meetings run effectively, troubleshoot platform issues, assist participants, and take attendance.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, live chats, and emails.
  • Provide accurate information and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with Training teams including Associate and Customer training teams to deliver approximately 3,500 training events.
  • Effectively analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
