Event Operations Coordinator
This role provides comprehensive operational support for meetings and events. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the Event Portal, supporting onsite meeting and events teams.
- Coordinating event logistics with meeting and events teams.
- Building relationships with external catering providers.
The ideal candidate will have experience providing operations support in similar roles, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of EHS requirements.
The position requires strong organizational skills to ensure seamless event execution from setup through completion. This includes coordinating logistics, managing vendors,
and maintaining accurate records.
