What You’ll Do

As our Event Operations Coordinator , you’ll be the backbone of our event execution, ensuring smooth operations from preparation to post-event wrap-up. Your responsibilities will include:

>Coordinating backend operations and documentation (DOs, POs, checklists, schedules).
  • Managing event logistics: equipment, materials, booth setup, dismantling, and stock movement.
