Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and successfully execute events, conferences, offsites, and day-to-day operational activities.
- Must have hands-on experience in travel, managing event setup, air bookings and hotel contracting.
- Understanding of AV basics (LED, sound, stage, lighting) require.
- Manage end-to-end operational and on-ground requirements during live events.
- Handle external and internal communication with all stakeholders throughout the event.
- Oversee invoice processing, provisioning, and complete vendor billing system.
- Liaise with various authorities for event-related licenses, permissions, and clearances.
- Ability to conduct cost analysis, compare competitive quotes across hotels, event agencies, and value-added services.
- Knowledge of sourcing promotional materials and gifting for seasonal and event-specific activities.
Profile Expectations:
- Experience in managing events ranging from 50 to 300 participants, including travel booking, hotel arrangements, event setups, and all onground planning.
- Proactive, collaborative, and a strong team player.
- High attention to detail, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook is essential.
Experience:
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience working closely with event agencies, hotels, and vendors is mandatory.
- Calm under pressure, stay composed, think fast, and troubleshoot on the spot.
