Job Description

A banquet manager plans and oversees events like banquets, weddings, and conferences. They are responsible for the front-of-house activities, including the layout of the venue, food and beverage service, and staff management.


Only Mumbai candidature will be considered.

Hotel/ Hospitality/Banquet Experience is must.


Responsibilities

  • Planning: Plan the layout of the venue, including the setup for food and beverage services.
  • Staff management: Hire and supervise staff, including servers, bartenders, and chefs
  • Communication: Communicate with clients, staff, vendors, and other stakeholders
