Event Operator

The Role

We are looking for freelance Event Operators to support live events, many of which are centred around racing simulators and motorsport-themed experiences.

You will be responsible for the on-site setup, operation, and breakdown of equipment, engaging with guests, and representing NRG Entertainment to a high standard throughout the event.

This role suits someone who enjoys live environments, is comfortable interacting with the public, and has a genuine interest in motorsport or racing.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, transport, set up and pack down event equipment
• Operate equipment during live events
• Assist guests with basic activity use and provide guidance where required
• Engage confidently with guests, clients, and venue staff
