Do you have a passion for event planning, organization, and community engagement? Squamish Nation’s Ayás Mén̓men Child and Family Services Department is looking for an Events & Administrative Officer to support the planning and coordination of department workshops, presentations, and special events that serve our community. This role plays a key part in promoting the well-being of children, youth, and families through culturally grounded, meaningful activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for all Ayás Mén̓men departmental events, workshops, and presentations.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate a wide variety of in-person and virtual events, ensuring they reflect Squamish Nation values, traditions, and protocols.
