Event Production Specialist

Role Overview

We are hiring an Event Production Technician to support virtual meetings, webinars, and live corporate events in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role focuses on delivering seamless meeting experiences by ensuring conferencing technology is prepared, tested, and supported in real time.

The position requires a strong foundation in audio-visual production, high-touch client interaction, and the ability to operate independently or as part of a larger event delivery team. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to define and execute the right conferencing solutions for executive-level engagements.
