Role Overview
We are hiring an Event Production Technician to support virtual meetings, webinars, and live corporate events in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role focuses on delivering seamless meeting experiences by ensuring conferencing technology is prepared, tested, and supported in real time.
The position requires a strong foundation in audio-visual production, high-touch client interaction, and the ability to operate independently or as part of a larger event delivery team. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to define and execute the right conferencing solutions for executive-level engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and support daily meetings, webinars, and hybrid events
Provide local and remote meeting assistance using enterprise collaboration tools
Ensure conferencing equipment is tested and fully operational before meetings
