Event Project Manager

Overview

Manage premium offline events: Gala dinners / Media conferences / Trade seminars / Food festivals / Private dinners / Wine tasting events / Gastronomy experience, wine, hotel. Manage premium online events: Webinars / Masterclasses / Live shows. Support Accounts Management. Report directly to Key Account Manager stationed in Middle East, and functionally to Events Director stationed in Thailand. Support event organization in Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and executing all genre of events/project previously mentioned
• Focus on event planning & execution and controlling costs & budget
• Prioritize among multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Create creative proposals which also achieve clients/partners’ objectives
