Job Description

Your role at TradeQuo:
Plan, coordinate, and execute all marketing events and content projects across the group. Connect AV production, graphic design, social media, ads teams, and stakeholders to ensure structured processes, timely delivery, and measurable business results in reach, engagement, leads, and sign-ups.
You will:
1.Event and Project Management
Plan and manage end to end events and content projects (podcasts, webinars, shorts, live events, promos).
Maintain a multi brand calendar of events, campaigns, and deliverables.
Prepare briefs outlining objectives, audience, messages, formats, timelines, and budget.
Coordinate logistics (speakers, locations, schedules, technical needs).
Run post event reviews including performance and improvement actions.
2.Content Production Workflow
Coordinate with AV team (raw content, editing, podcasts, shorts) to produce final material.
Work with designers to request, brief, and approve all visual assets....
