Event Specialist

The Event Supervisor supports the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of NUSTAR Online events, ensuring smooth operations and successful delivery of all event activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Event Operations & Execution: Monitor live event execution in real time, proactively identify potential issues, and implement timely, effective solutions to ensure seamless operations and high-quality event delivery.
• Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth and efficient event execution.
