Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and motivated Event Staff to support the planning, setup, and execution of company events and on-site activities in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and contributing to successful event operations in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Location: Washington, DC

Pay Range: $21.50 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.


• Support event logistics, including organizing materials, equipment, and event spaces.


• Follow schedules and instructions to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.


• Provide general support to event coordinators and team members during events.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event environment before, during, and after events.


• Assist with inventory tracking, labeling, and basic documentation related to events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.


• Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or support roles is a plus but not required.


• Strong teamwork and communication skills.


• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.


• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting as needed.
