Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Sales & Operations Coordinator.



Working Arrangement: Mon-Fri (8.30 AM - 6 PM)

Working Period: 6-7 Months (February 2026 commence)



Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate group ticket sales by pursuing leads and conducting cold calls to community groups, corporate entities, and organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, providing professional and timely responses to all phone and email inquiries.
  • Assist in the scheduling and organization of group tours and manage the sales process for MarketPlace booths.
  • Maintain high standards of after-sales service and ensure all client documentation is organized and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to reconcile accounts and work closely with the Finance Department to track revenue.
