Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Event & Webinar Coordinator to help us bring our brand to life—online and in person. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone studying marketing or communications, with 2+ years of startup experience and a passion for creating meaningful experiences. You’ll collaborate across teams, travel for key events, and be part of a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute in-person events with partners across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina, from GANTT planning to logistics, vendors, and on-site execution
- Organize monthly webinars for current clients, leads, and partners, owning the flow—from agenda to promotion
- Manage all event logistics: venue scouting, vendor negotiations, travel coordination, timelines, and budget tracking
- On-site responsibilities may include handling live communications, serving as MC, and ensuring smooth operations
