Edsa Shangri-La Manila is a five‑star deluxe city‑resort convention hotel located in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, adjacent to Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. The hotel sits close to Makati Central Business District and Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

We are hiring an Events Executive to support our events team and enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Help facilitate events under the guidance of the Events Manager.
• Support the events team where necessary.
• Maximize the guests' hotel experience.
• Identify requirements and expectations of our guests toward the events.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure everything adheres to the standards.
• Create an exceptional experience for our guests.
