- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) is preferred
- Able to adapt to a flexible working environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events
- Manage event materials, equipment, and venue arrangements
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams (Marketing / Sales / Operations)
- Support daily administrative tasks
- Assist with event promotions, community engagement, and website updates
