Requirements

  • Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • No prior experience required; training provided
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) is preferred
  • Able to adapt to a flexible working environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events
  • Manage event materials, equipment, and venue arrangements
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams (Marketing / Sales / Operations)
  • Support daily administrative tasks
  • Assist with event promotions, community engagement, and website updates
