Events Operations – Assistant Manager / Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop customized event proposals, costing breakdowns, and quotations tailored to client objectives and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and create personalized wellness experiences, integrating menus, themes, therapies, and programming.
- Manage setup, execution, and teardown of wellness events, VIP sessions, and retreats with a strong focus on quality and experience.
- Handle all aspects of logistics, including inventory, AV, F&B, equipment, signage, and on-site flow management.
- Coordinate with venue teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, on-brand execution.
- Lead internal teams and freelance crew during live events to ensure service excellence and smooth delivery.
