Events Operations Executive

Compass Events is an events agency specialising in conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.

We are looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys being on the ground. This is a hands-on role—Some admin, more execution.

What you’ll be doing

• Support event planning, pre, during and post.
• Coordinate vendors (AV, staging, logistics, manpower)
• Be on-site for setup, rehearsals, and event days
• Help with teardown, reporting, and cost tracking

This role is for you if

• You’ve worked on events, hospitality, or operations
• You’re organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
• You’re okay with occasional late nights or weekends (time-off in lieu provided)
• You don’t mind getting hands-on when needed
