Events Supervisor

Qualifications

• 1) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Events Management, Advertising, Communications or any related field.
• 2) At least 8-10 years of work experience as an event supervisor or project/production manager or similar role
• 3) Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in stressful situations
• 4) Ability to source, negotiate with, and manage vendors effectively
• 5) Proven events management skills
• 6) Highly organized, efficient and a problem solver
• 7) Strong communication & negotiation skills and excellent English (written & spoken), with a clear, persuasive writing/ speaking style
• 8) Excellent time and task management skills
• 9) The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, to deadlines
• 10) A bright and pleasant disposition, with a good attitude and self‑motivated
• 11) Willingness and ability to work flexible hours as necessary
