Event Management

  • Lead and manage all events and new store set-up processes, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events, making sure all tasks are completed on time and according to plan.
  • Oversee event logistics, including coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and monitoring operations during the event.

Ingress And Egress Management

  • Lead the Ingress and Egress activities, involving the team to ensure the efficient flow of people, materials, and supplies during events.

Vendor Coordination

  • Negotiate with vendors, manage relationships, and oversee contracts to ensure service delivery aligns with event requirements.
