<p><b>About the job:</b><br/><br/><b>Job Title: </b>Inside Sales Manager - Europe Region (IT Services)<br/><br/><b>Location: </b>Europe (Onsite / Hybrid as per company policy)<br/><br/><b>Working Hours:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Europe local business hours<br/><br/></p><p>- Flexibility to overlap with India and US teams when required<br/><br/><b>Job Summary:</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager based in Europe to drive IT Services sales across the European market. The role involves generating qualified leads, managing inside sales campaigns, and leading a small inside sales team while working closely with Practice Directors and Onsite/Offshore Sales teams.<br/><br/><b>Key Sales & Lead Generation:</b></p><p><br/></p>- Generate a minimum of 2 qualified leads per month from the Europe region for IT services offerings.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform sourcing, prospecting, cold calling (50-60 calls/day), and lead conversion for Europe-based clients.<br/><br/></p><p>- Run Europe-focused inside sales campaigns aligned with business objectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual Leadership & Management:</b></p><p><br/></p>- Manage and lead a team of 3-5 Inside Sales Associates.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure each team member consistently generates 3 qualified leads per month.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coach, mentor, and improve team productivity and & Communication:</b></p><p><br/></p>- Draft and execute compelling email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns tailored to European prospects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools for account targeting and data Engagement:</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Engage with C-level and D-level executives across B2B clients in Europe.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Work closely with Practice Directors (Technical) and Sales leadership to align sales strategy with service offerings.</p><br/><b>Required Qualifications & Experience:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's Degree / MBA (Marketing preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- 8-10 years of Inside Sales experience, with strong exposure to the European market, preferably within </p><p>an IT Services organization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience selling IT services including:<br/><br/></p><p> - Data Science & Data Engineering<br/><br/></p><p> - RPA<br/><br/></p><p> - Microsoft Applications<br/><br/></p><p> - Java & Application Development<br/><br/></p><p> - Oracle<br/><br/></p><p> - UI/UX & Web Development<br/><br/></p><p> - BPM and other IT services<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience managing inside sales teams (3-5 members).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of IT services sales lifecycle, engagement models, and SDLC.<br/><br/><b>Key Skills & Competencies:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to draft high-impact sales emails and campaigns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of Europe geo, B2B sales, and lead generation processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Results-driven with strong ownership and perseverance.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
