This dual-role position includes operating excavation equipment and driving commercial vehicles to support residential well and water system projects. Key Responsibilities


  • Safely operate excavators for trenching, digging, and site prep in residential settings

  • Drive commercial vehicles with manual transmissions to transport materials and equipment

  • Perform basic maintenance and service on vehicles and machinery, including oil changes

  • Support jobsite activities as needed beyond excavation and driving

  • Maintain clean equipment and a professional appearance at all times

  • Follow all DOT and safety regulations

  • Assist team members with general labor when not operating equipment


Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators and driving commercial vehicles

  • Valid New Hampshire CDL (manual transmission)

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform equipment maintenance

  • Clean driving record

  • Physically capable of outdoor work in various weather conditions

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Professional appearance and pride in keeping equipment clean and well-maintained

Schedule


  • Full-time

  • Monday through Friday

  • Overtime may be required depending on jobsite demands
