Our client, the Boat Club industry leader, is seeking an Exception to join their team. As an Exception, you will be part of the Accounting Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Monitor and maintain accurate accounts receivable records in Oracle and Excel
+ Communicate proactively with members to request payments and arrange payment plans
+ Process incoming payments and record them accurately into Oracle
+ Initiate collections on accounts that are past due and process suspensions within 7 days
+ Manage chargeback disputes for credit cards and ACH transactions
