Job Description

Our client is currently seeking Program Manager Lead 

Education (Mandatory):

Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management

Work experience alone will not suffice

Certification (Mandatory):

PMP or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) – at least one required

Experience:

Leading capital improvement or facility improvement programs

Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry

Commercial construction experience is needed

General Contractor (GC) experience is a strong plus

Someone who understand construction process

Can lead meeting

Willingness to travel is must
