The System Engineer will be part of Messaging team, delivering global Level 2 operational support for messaging services. This role focuses on incident resolution, operational stability, and continuous service improvements across global messaging ecosystem.

Responsabilidades:

• Process and resolve Level 2 Messaging tickets ensuring timely closure within defined SLAs, following operational standards.

• Escalate complex cases to Level 3 Messaging Engineering when required and perform follow up to ensure end to end resolution.

• Perform daily health checks, monitoring activities, and operational validations across messaging platforms.

• Support maintenance activities, small operational changes, and service hygiene tasks.
