Responsibilities

  • Support and plans detailed requirements for ongoing Microsoft 365 implementation using Exchange Online.
  • Support & monitors to maintain the company’s network email system; performs quality and spot checks of system performance.
  • Manage license usage, forecast license budget and mission critical support contracts.
  • Understand and assure conformance to ITL SLA and MSP management.
  • May participate in or manage quality assessments of internal operations and suppliers to analyze compliance and assess risk.
  • Interact frequently with subordinate supervisors and functional peer group managers.
  • Identify and manage continuous improvement projects with the objective of achieving quality, reliability and cost improvements.
